stay healthy.

been living on a nocturnal lifestyle for very long.

staying up till 2am 3am 4am 5am or even 6am

doing nothing much but only online.

reading things i wanna read.


i believe holidays are very good as it seems that there is no deadline for anything.

doing things on your own pace.


However,

i just think that i should really stop doing this anymore.

once in awhile should be ok.

but not always.

not everynight.


health is very important.

u may put studies, career, love life, friendship, hobby, family as your priorities.

but please don't forget about health too.


without a healthy body,
we can't do much.

don't u agree?


come on,

i'm trying my best now to sleep as early as possible.

slowly changing my sleeping patterns.

and rise early as well to have a walk in the park near my house.

don't forget oxygen are very important too.

people often get too tired as they are staying too long in an enclosed space.


and i just noticed something.


there is no sound better than the music of the nature.

i'm serious. :)


take good care of yourself everyone.

drink more water as the weather is getting really hot now.


i mean,
just take care of yourself ok.



eat well,

sleep well,

behave well,

live well.
